About the WHOLE FARM cooperative
The WHOLE FARM cooperative is a place where people gather to reconnect—with the land, with one another, and with the simple joy of learning by doing. We believe there's something special about gathering around agriculture. Caring for the land has a way of bringing people together. As we steward gardens, orchards, animals, bees, and fields, we're cultivating something even more important than food—we're cultivating community.
Here, meaningful work encourages meaningful relationships. Neighbors become friends. Children discover confidence. Families slow down. Skills are shared. Stories are exchanged. And little by little, a stronger, healthier community begins to emerge.
Sometimes growth and healing is found in nourishing food picked fresh from the garden.
Sometimes it's found in dirt beneath your fingernails after planting seeds.
Sometimes it's found in caring for animals, arranging flowers, gathering around a table, learning a new skill, listening to music, or simply spending an afternoon outdoors with people who make you feel welcome.
What began as one family's homestead has become a place where individuals share their gifts with the community. Farmers, beekeepers, teachers, artists, gardeners, makers, chefs, authors, health professionals, musicians, and neighbors each bring something unique to the table. Together, we're building something none of us could create alone.
Whether you're joining us for Market Day, Farm Kid Day Camp, a beekeeping class, a Vintage Joy Ride, a volunteer day, or simply stopping by the FARMACY or the GRANARY, we hope you leave feeling a little healthier, a little more connected, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived.
More than a farm
Meet the Founder

Hi! I'm Elisabeth. (But I usually go by Beth or Elle.)
I'm a mom of five, a pharmacist by training, and the founder of the WHOLE FARM cooperative. People often ask if I'm a pharmacist or a farmer. The answer is... a little of both.
My passion has always been helping people live healthier lives. Over the years, I've simply discovered that medicine can take many forms.
Sometimes it's whole foods.
Sometimes it's fresh air.
Sometimes it's finding purpose.
Sometimes it's music, sunshine, beauty, rest, wonder, community, or spending time in God's creation.
The WHOLE FARM cooperative was born from the dream of creating a place where those things naturally come together.
While you'll often find me leading kid activities, you'll just as likely find me stocking the FARMACY and the GRANARY, caring for our animals, tending flowers, maintaining the grounds, building community partnerships, dreaming up new events, or welcoming visitors as they arrive.
I love creating beautiful spaces where people feel at home. I love watching children discover confidence through meaningful work.
I love seeing strangers become friends over shared meals, shared projects, and shared experiences.
My hope isn't simply to grow food.
My hope is to create an environment where people can flourish.
I believe that happens when we nourish our bodies with wholesome food, engage in meaningful work, embrace creativity, cultivate genuine community and surround ourselves with God's beauty.
That's the heart behind the WHOLE FARM cooperative, and I can't wait to welcome you to the farm
Meet the People Behind the WHOLE FARM cooperative
The WHOLE FARM cooperative is built by people who generously share their time, talents, and passions with our community. Each person brings unique gifts that help make this place what it is.
Together, we're cultivating more than gardens—we're cultivating community.
Paul - Builder & Steward
Every community needs someone who quietly keeps things running. Paul is that person. If something needs to be built, repaired, moved, or figured out, chances are Paul is already working on it. Whether he's driving the tractor, repairing equipment, building fences, clearing trees, maintaining the grounds or tackling whatever project needs attention, his hands can be found in nearly every corner of the farm.
He has an incredible ability to look at a challenge, figure it out, and simply get to work. Much of what visitors experience today exists because of the countless hours he's spent building, fixing, improving, and caring for this place.
His work may often happen behind the scenes, but its impact is visible everywhere you look.
Mee & Zang - Farmers
Mee and Zang are the farmers behind much of the beautiful produce you'll find throughout the season. Their knowledge, dedication, and tireless work help provide fresh vegetables for our community. From preparing the soil and planting seeds to harvesting at just the right time, they lovingly steward the land and remind us that every harvest begins with patience, care, and hard work. We're grateful for the abundance they help bring to the WHOLE FARM cooperative.
Denise - Beekeeper & Educator
Denise is our beloved beekeeper, lovingly caring for the WHOLE FARM cooperative's two hives. Throughout the season, she can often be found visiting the farm to check on her bees, making sure they're healthy, thriving, and well cared for. She also teaches our beekeeping classes and helps connect beekeepers throughout our community. Her passion for pollinators, education, and stewardship reminds us just how interconnected nature—and people—really are.
